I am currently in network with Aetna and Cigna. I will be in network with Optum starting October 2025.

• Phone consultation (15 min): Free

• Adult comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (up to 60 min): $350

• Child comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (up to 90 min): $450

• Medication management follow up (up to 30 min): $225

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and missed appointments will be charged a $100 fee.

At this time, all appointments will be held virtually. You must be in the state of New York at the time of your appointment.

Both minor and accompanying legal guardian need to be present for the initial phone consult, psychiatric evaluation, and follow up appointments.

I incorporate supportive psychodynamic therapy while evaluating and monitoring your current medication regimen. At this time, I do not provide “therapy only” services.

I am “in office” Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 6pm. Email will be checked once per day while “out of office".
